Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders over $45. Currently, we only deliver within Australia & all our orders are calculated and sent via Australia Post.

We offer 2 delivery options:

1. Parcel post (standard), 5-7 business days from dispatch

2. Express post, 1-2 business days from dispatch

Returns

Please choose your lipstick & custom initials carefully as all orders are final. Due to the nature of our custom & personalised lipsticks, health & hygiene, we’re unable to accept returns for any product.

We take great care to ensure that our lipstcks are packed securely for you. If an item is faulty, damaged or has been sent to you incorrectly, please ensure to contact us within 2 business days of receiving your lipstick at hello@maarkslip.com and we’ll be happy to help you.
